Regular Meetings: The City Council shall hold regular meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. Said meetings shall be held in the City Hall, located at 128 East Main Street Franklin, ID 83237 and shall commence at seven O' clock (7:00) pm.
The public has the right to attend meetings (with the exception of lawful executive sessions) but opportunities for the public to speak are limited to designated public comment periods and public hearings. When public testimony occurs, the council may set reasonable time restrictions to ensure all persons have the opportunity to speak and to keep the meeting from bogging down with unproductive, repetitive testimony. No person has the right to disrupt a meeting and the chair can order the removal of any disruptive individual.
